Staffing Update
We are sad to announce that Nadine Santos has decided not to return to UTS at the end of her maternity leave, and to instead embrace the "mom-ing journey" with her daughter. Nadine began working at UTS in 2019 ‒ she was the heart of our Main Office. In her letter to us Nadine wrote, "It has been a difficult decision to resign from my position at UTS. You all have created an enjoyable work environment ‒ one where I found myself thriving in and wanting to excel professionally...I am very grateful."
We wish Nadine and her family much joy and love and hope to see Nadine in the near future (she promised to come visit!).
Téa Forest has joined D at the front desk until mid-May 2024. Please introduce yourself the next time you are in the office!

New anti-discriminations posters in classrooms
New “Stepping Forward support” anti-discriminations posters have been installed in all classrooms. They emphasize everyone’s right to a school free of discrimination, harassment or exclusion and provide ways to step in when someone is being harmed, and how to seek support and share confidentially at utschools.ca/steppingforward.
