Student Well-Being Virtual Conference
We have several spots still available to teaching staff interested in attending a virtual conference on the subject of challenges to student well-being, happening Friday February 9 from 6-8 a.m.
The conference is coordinated by an international educators forum working to promote global citizenship education and partnership building.
The conference themes are:
How do partner-schools understand the underlying causes behind the current challenges of student mental fragility and vulnerability?
How have partner-schools worked to tackle this challenge?

Overtime Cash Out Request Form
This message is for USW and confidential staff.
As of February 1, 2024 we have updated our procedure for requesting a cash out of banked overtime hours.
Moving forward, if you would like to request a cash out of banked overtime hours through payroll, please complete the Overtime Cash Out Request Form which was sent through the HR email this afternoon. USW members can find this form on the Staff Portal under the USW page.
Please note that cash out requests must be submitted before the 15th of the month, in order to be paid in the same month.
Mindful Munch Lunch Menu
UTS is also offering a hot lunch menu through Mindful Munch in February, which staff are also welcome to order.
Please see the menu with a QR code to scan and place orders as well as the list of list of ingredients.
